If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

  • Not be personalized/custom-made items

  • Not be clearance or final-sale products (optional—can be customized)

Items cannot be refunded if:

  • They show signs of use

  • They are damaged due to improper handling

  • They cannot be resold


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or video of the issue

  • A brief description

We will offer a free replacement or full refund.


4. Return Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping if the issue is our responsibility, including:

  • Wrong item sent

  • Damaged or defective product

Customers are responsible for return shipping if returning for personal reasons, such as:

  • Change of mind
